The DataBank is a collection of Indexes and Transcriptions of original source material produced by ANESFHS members, and generally not available elswehere. Some of the datasets may previously have been available on paper at the ANESFHS Centre, others may have been available online on other sites.

Some of the resources will be in effect complete and self-contained, others will be indexes to more complete originals which are held either by ANESFHS or elsewhere. It is intended that this should be a growing collection of information of interest to family historians, and while the initial collection may seem small and specialised, work is in hand to make some significant bodies of data accessible. As new datasets become available, they will be publicised via the ANESFHS Journal, and via relevant Mailing Lists.
